About Us

Phoenix Tool & Mold was founded in 1972 by Henry Bauerle as a quality manufacturer of plastic injection molds with on time delivery. Captive Injection Molding was added in the late 70’s as (Eagle Connector Corporation) was formed. Phoenix continued to grow and offer mold sampling, qualifying, and troubleshooting to our offerings in order to better serve our customer’s needs. By the mid 90’s, we had begun Custom Injection molding of both Thermoplastic and Thermoset plastics.

An integral part of PT&M’s operation is it’s tool room. The ability to design, build and maintain tools in-house has been a leading factor in our ability to provide excellent quality and on-time delivery. Phoenix has enjoyed rapid growth through the years greatly due to our rapid response and customer service.
